Why I blog

I guess this is a question that all those with a blog ask themselves. Well for me the answer I think lies in the fact that I have been following quite a few blogs within the last year and have found them to be helpful in many areas of my life. I have learned recipes, fitness and diet information, and about dealing with genral life situations.  I also noticed that when some of you have gone through some thing tough alot of the fellow bloggers have been able to give you encouragement and have helped you overcome. Now I’m not saying this blog will be dedicated to whining. On the contrary, I want to dedicate this blog to living and enjoying the journey through any situation. Some days I’ll talk about my day, the food I ate, a topic that sparked my interest on that day (which usually is in the area of fitness and nutrition), some food reviews (yes even though I lost all this weight I still LOVE food and trying new foods) or simply reflecting on our crazy world. I would also like to help those out there trying to overcome the weight battle that so many of us go through. It’s never easy but maybe I can help.
